1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the xbdbajee platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between xbdbajee and its users. Any adult residing in Bangladesh may use xbdbajee by accepting these terms.

Who These Terms Apply To

By browsing the xbdbajee website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using xbdbajee.

Language & Interpretation of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bangla and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, xbdbajee's interpretation will be considered final.

2 Account Registration

When registering at xbdbajee, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. xbdbajee reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

Registration Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid national ID card or passport is required.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, xbdbajee may request identity verification documents at any time. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be mandatory before large withdrawals are processed. Failure to cooperate may result in your withdrawal being withheld.

3 Betting Rules

There are a few core rules that must be followed when placing bets at xbdbajee. These rules apply equally to all users.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

A bet is considered valid only once it has been confirmed in the xbdbajee system. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, xbdbajee reserves the right to cancel that bet. Bets may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• When a match or event is cancelled.
• When there is a clear error in the odds (Obvious Error).
• When a match ends before the scheduled time (applicable to certain markets).
• If the relevant authority cancels or declares the match void.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Xbdbajee reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. In special circumstances, separate limits may be set for specific users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following financial transaction rules are mandatory for all members at xbdbajee.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually instant, but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes to reflect.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements on your bonus balance have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Xbdbajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which you should read before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳10,000 in total bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per person, household, or device.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on selected markets — not all markets are eligible.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Xbdbajee reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at xbdbajee. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

• Match fixing or manipulating the outcome of any sporting event.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Registering with a fake ID or providing false information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Behaving rudely or making threatening remarks toward xbdbajee staff.

7 Account Closure

Closed by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be closed within 48 hours. Please ensure you withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

If xbdbajee finds evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation, it may close the account without notice. In such cases, the remaining balance may not be refunded if there is evidence of fraudulent transactions.

Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, users may temporarily suspend their account for a set period. A self-exclusion option is available for durations ranging from 1 week to 6 months.

8 Limitation of Liability

Xbdbajee's liability is limited to the circumstances outlined below, and applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• Xbdbajee is not liable for any issues arising from internet connectivity disruptions.
• Xbdbajee is not liable for errors caused by third-party payment services.
• If account details are stolen because the user shared their password with someone else, the responsibility lies with the user.
• Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses from betting — xbdbajee provides no guarantees.
• Xbdbajee is not obligated to compensate for missed opportunities caused by unexpected server downtime.

9 Responsible Gambling

Xbdbajee believes betting is for entertainment — not addiction. We encourage our members to play responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a betting budget in advance and stick to it.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break ranging from 24 hours up to 1 week.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for up to 6 months if you need a long break.

10 Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise between xbdbajee and any user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.

Complaints Process

For any complaints, please email support@xbdbajee.com or reach out via live chat. xbdbajee will provide a written response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact our support team for guidance on next steps.

Bet Result Disputes

Xbdbajee uses internationally recognised data sources to determine bet outcomes. If no dispute is raised within 72 hours of a result being announced, that result is considered final.
